An excellent place to learn pilates with proper form and technique. I’ve taken other pilates classes before, but the attention to detail to form and method is nowhere close to Pilates Forward. Leeju is an outstanding instructor - she challenges me to push forward and thoughtfully tailors each session to my individual needs. Thanks to her guidance, I have seen massive improvements in my strength and posture. The studio is also very well equipped and clean.
I stand all day for work, so I’ve always had tight shoulders and bad posture. I also had a herniated disc in my neck, which made things pretty uncomfortable. But after seeing Leeju, my neck pain is almost completely gone and my posture has improved a lot. She really takes the time to understand your body and tailors each session to what you need. It’s not just a quick fix—she helps your body heal and get back into balance. If you’re dealing with pain or posture issues, I definitely recommend her. She’s the real deal!
