Pilates Classes & Pilates Teachers – Pilates Nosara

I just completed a weekend workshop at Pilates Nosara. The space is big, airy and sparkling clean. Paige creates such a warm and welcoming environment where working hard is so much fun. I highly recommend this studio to everyone from the absolute beginner to the seasoned professional.

It was such an amazing experience getting trained with page! Her knowledge, happiness and and her experience. Also attended a lot of different classes mat and reformer… had so much fun!

I’ve just completed my Mat Pilates Teacher Training with Page, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I feel confident and fully equipped to continue my journey toward the test-out in six months — and I already know I’ll be back for Reformer and the other apparatus trainings. Page’s enthusiasm for Pilates is contagious. She taught me that movement really is medicine, and I haven’t felt this good in my body in a very long time. And then there’s Nosara — plus the studio’s location at Bodhi Tree. It’s absolutely beautiful and worth a visit in itself. The whole atmosphere just makes you want to come back, and back, and back… over and over again. If you’re considering a training or even just thinking about attending a class — do it. It’s an investment in yourself, and you absolutely won’t regret it.

Beautiful studio located in a sublime place! The ambience of the studio invites you to move. The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable. Go do Pilates at this studio if you are in Nosara visiting or living there. You will not be disappointed.

I completed my Pilates Mat and Reformer training with Page, and after a month I didn’t want it to end. I feel deeply grateful. The education was high-level. Page is incredibly inspiring and empowering, and she creates a safe and supportive learning environment. Time just flies in her classes. I also took classes every morning with the rest of the Pilates Nosara teachers. I loved the variety they bring. They are certified and fully committed to what they teach.
