I worked with Anastasis for about 6 months before I moved out of the area, and that was the best choice for me! I'm an active person and did different types of exercise in my life. But I still learned a lot (and I mean it!) about my body and the way exercise works on me. I didn't have either reformer or pull up bar experience before though, and ended up doing both, which was a lot of fun! The sessions were always adaptable to any goals (I needed some time for that, because I couldn't even figure them out initially!) or the way my body felt on the day. I also always felt very comfortable in the studio - despite it being in a residential house, with free coffee, comfortable temperature (and occasional gentle cat visits) it felt like a more premium experience than Third Space gym (and it does say something!). Obviously, they are different, but still. And yes, I forgot about back and neck pain from my desk job almost instantly. Now that wasn't exercising for some time... yeah I remembered about it again (but I know what to do about it now). Thank you both!

The best Reformer Pilates sessions! I came in post-pregnancy specifically wanting to work on my core, and Anastasis really helped me achieve that. Such a great environment would really recommend!

I've been having 1:1 Pilates sessions for a few months with Anastasis, and I can't praise him enough. The sessions themselves are great and appropriately challenging;. and I've experienced clear progress. But he's also supported a general development programme, discussing, drafting and revising a plan for my time in the gym too. Excellent all round

I started working with Ana after I experienced an episode of lower back pain. Our sessions have been transformative; Ana has helped me build strength, and she has also given me a brand new confidence and understanding of my body. (I was very shy about exercise before!!) I took 1:1 Pilates classes with Anna and can’t recommend her enough. Anna helped me get back in shape and has a real talent for spotting what needs attention and explaining it clearly. She shared plenty of tips and simple exercises for me to do at home. If you’re after a warm, knowledgeable teacher who helps you build strength and confidence without any fuss, Anna is fantastic.
