GoogleWhere do I even start? The classes were amazing. The instructor was a solid 10/10 super attentive, especially since the group was small, so everyone got personalized guidance. The aesthetic? Absolutely perfect. The space is beautiful, calm, and ideal to sit, reset, or get some work done. And the contrast session… don’t even get me started. Sauna, ice bath, then a shower right after Lagree? That’s next level. The whole setup is insane. I also tried the protein shake at the end and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
Such a beautiful space very well designed, the Lagree class was amazing and very focused on technique which i liked. Also did the contrast therapy (infrared sauna and ice bath) would definitely recommend checking this place if you’re into fitness and wellness
I went to Scarlette’s class and I loved it! She is an excellent instructor—very attentive and always checking in. The routine was challenging but good, and I really liked the way she teaches the class. Overall, the studio is very beautiful; it was my first time going and I really enjoyed it. However, I do feel that the staff doesn’t properly show you around the studio or explain everything clearly.
I’ve been a regular at PEAQ Social Wellness Club, and after trying almost every Lagree studio in Dubai, I can confidently say this one is the best! Especially if you’re looking for a real challenge. It’s rare to find small classes that feel this intimate and personal, with instructors who actually keep an eye on your form. Since discovering it, I’ve been going 3 times/week. The recovery area upstairs is unlike anything else! Beautiful design and a calming atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to wrap up a stressful week :)
Loved my first Lagree and Cold Plunge experience here. Much more intense than Reformer Pilates, but so rewarding. Beautiful studio, amazing team — can’t wait to be back.
