The yoga school is based in Hin Kong, a peaceful coastal area where students and practitioners can deepen their practice in an ocean-side setting that encourages stillness and reflection.

The studio offers daily yoga classes alongside a structured programme of professional teacher training. These include 25-hour, 50-hour, and 100-hour advanced programmes designed for both newer practitioners and experienced teachers looking to expand their knowledge. The trainings specialise in Yin yoga, Somatics, Sound Healing, and therapeutic approaches to yoga, making Paradise Yoga a notable destination for those seeking something beyond a standard asana-focused curriculum. Grace is a wonderful yoga instructor. She leads her classes in a very warm, calm, and professional way. From the very beginning, she creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and fully focus on the practice. I attended a beginners yoga class and I think this is a huge plus – in many places classes are only offered as “open level,” which can be stressful for people who are just starting their yoga journey. Here, everything was clearly explained, the pace was well suited for beginners, and the instructions were easy to follow. Grace pays attention to breath, proper alignment, and the comfort of the participants, without any pressure or judgment. The classes are simply enjoyable and leave you with a feeling that you’re in good hands. I highly recommend her classes

Grace as her name suggests is an incredibly graceful and kind instructor. I thoroughly enjoyed the gentle flow early morning class situated amongst the beautiful tree tops. One of the biggest take aways was that I was able to slow back down and begin to honour my body again. The class was very intuitive and gentle and I felt held and safe throughout.
