The yoga room would greatly benefit from improved air quality. During my last visit, the air felt very stale and heavy, to the point that it irritated my nostrils. With around 20 people in the room throughout the day, air purifiers or better ventilation feel essential—especially considering the price/ quality of the sessions.

I’ve been doing their hot yoga classes and some of the hot work out based classes. All have been really great. They have excellent instructors and decent facilities. My only criticism would be the lack of shower facilities there is a shower but there’s no curtain on it and nobody ever seems to use it.

The class I went to was slow moving and deep stretching. If that's not your thing that have other styles. In my book both management and staff were friendly and responsive to concerns, instructor was helpful and the heat was great. Studio seemed clean, I noticed no odors as others have reported but hey it's hot yoga, someone eats a burrito for lunch and heads to class, yeah we've been there... Most of their late afternoon or more popular classes are booked well in advance. The no shower on premise will be a put off to some I'm sure but most looking at this probably live within a few blocks of the place and if you're a hot workout junky you probably won't care. Overall a decent experience.
