GoogleI really loved the yoga classes with Oum! The teacher has an incredible energy. The class is very well-thought-out and perfectly balanced: pranayama, a good warm-up, the main part, and a cool-down. Oum adjusts the difficulty and intensity of the class to suit the group that shows up. During my vacation on Samui, I managed to attend 5 yoga classes (stretching, hatha*3, and power yoga), as well as a sound healing and reiki session. I highly recommend it to everyone!! You’ll be thrilled not only with the yoga but also with the other sessions, and just with communicating with Oum in general. Will definetely come back when I'm on Samui! Namaste!
I have been to see Oum for sound baths sporadically for a few years now and it is always the most amazing experience. The energy is just so beautiful and Oum is the most wonderful young lady who brings such healing to every session. Tonight i tried the sound bath with reiki and it was beyond fantastic. Please do get booked in if you have the opportunity to. Thank you Oum 🙏🙏
I had a wonderful pranayama/ hatha practice with Oum this morning. She adjusted postures to suit my abilities and guided me into correct alignment. Very calming and centering. 100% recommend regardless of your ability.
I attended Oums Yoga Nidra class together with a friend and we were so stunned, that I visited for the gentle stretching class again. Such a calming and great experience! Oum is a very warmhearted and friendly teacher that makes you feel safe and taken care of imidiately. Thank you so much! I hope I can come back and join a class in the future.
Called the day before my husbands birthday as we were visiting from US. Asked for a private session for our family of 4 teenagers. We were staying just down the road but this is a great location Tucker away conveniently in fisherman’s village! The owner provided a truly wonderful yoga practice including breathing exercises followed by a sound bath instruction and session. What a truly memorable way to celebrate in true Thai island style. Thank you for a beautiful space and encouraging and comfortable practice for our whole family! My husband bas been proudly practicing his handstands for the duration of our trip based on your direction! Hope to have the chance to return someday!
