GoogleOpen Door Yoga truly feels like home. I’ve taken ODY Restore with Alex , a class I absolutely love ; and ODY Flow with Rosie, and every experience feels personal, calming, and intentional. The team is incredibly kind, and the community is warm and welcoming. The studio has an intimate, boutique atmosphere that makes it feel truly special and unique, nothing like a typical yoga space.
I’ve had the pleasure of attending a few classes here and I have loved them all. I’ve loved all my classes with Andrea, Denise and Alex. Super excited for the recurring restorative yoga class Thursday evenings. I especially love when they have the manifestation cards that you pick at random and the tea at the end. Gives it a special touch. Only positive relaxing vibes at this yoga studio and all the instructors have been really great even with beginners. They give you modifications, blocks, cushions everything that you need to make your class a success. Looking forward to my next session! Ask about the discounted parking at the coco walk parking garage too.
I’ve attended two classes so far and absolutely loved both. The instructors were fantastic and the studio is warm, cozy and spotless, the overall vibe feels calm and relaxing. It was a great experience and I plan to keep coming!
I attended a workshop at Open Door Yoga — The Cleanse— taught by Andrea Karahalios and couldn’t wait to begin the process, a cleanse of mind, body and soul. What I learned in the class helped me understand the steps I would need to take and even provided a shopping list! It inspired me to set aside three days and give myself a retreat from my hectic schedule. Having just finished I can say that I definitely feel that I have “reset” and am ready to take on the holiday season with more energy, inner calmness and a clear mind. Thank you, Andrea, for opening the door for me to begin my Ayurvedic practice.
In love! This has been the best class that I have been to in a long time. I never imagined to be so relaxed. I was having a moving week and i didn’t take a minute to relax my body nor my mind, but this class really changed that and got me to be peaceful, allowed me to stretch my body and truly calm my mind. Also, until this class I hadn’t breathed with such awareness for a really long time. Thank you so much Becky, for helping, teaching and giving to me the best 60 minutes of this week.
