Om Yoha Ashram is a very special place and was definitly the highlight of our India trip. We felt very well taken care of by the lovely hosts. Amazing food and nice rooms with a beautiful view. We had meditation, yoga and sound healing clases and even though my daughter and I are beginners, the instructors new how to met us on our level and evoke curiousity to continue learning. We had such a good time, thanks for everything. We'll definitly come back and this time for longer. Justa and Claudia

Such a beautiful Yoga Ashram experience! It was the low season when I went so this meant I got a very personal experience. One to one yoga classes with fantastic yoga teachers, with great knowledge, philosophy and devotion to yoga and to God! Guru Ji too, a wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly teacher. Guru Ji also organised my week full of hiking, sight seeing and so forth, with a great guide and friend. Beautiful setting in the middle of nature, surrounded by mountains and a wonderful sunset. If you’re looking for a genuine, family run ashram experience, with wonderfully accommodating and authentic, kind hearted people, who truly practice what they preach, with a strong devotion to God as well as yoga, this is the place for you.

I really enjoyed my stay at the ashram! Rash and his family were so welcoming from the moment i arrived and I experenced a lot of kindness and laughter throughout the week i was there. I attended the meditation and yoga retreat which included trekking and sightseeing. Highlights included Trek Triund (incredible experience!), Guna Matu trek, Dharamshala Cricket Stadium, Shiva temple, Gyoto Monasteries, and Norbulingka institute (beautiful temple!). As a first timer to Dharamshala this was a wonderful way to experience the local culture and see everything. Bittu was a fantastic guide and trekking buddy with lots of local knowledge to share. As for the meditation and yoga, the daily practices really allowed me to reconnect with myself, which was the purpose of my visit. Rash shared his teachings on how to go deeper within. He encouraged me to strengthen my mind and focus with daily Om, Silent and thatuka candle meditation. Rohul and Rohit were both fantastic yoga teachers with much holistic knowledge and wisdom to share, as well as good sense of humour. They helped me trust my body and instinctively knew the areas I needed to work on. I am so grateful to them for their patience - and all the adustments! By the end of the week I felt mentally and physically stronger! The ashram was very clean and my room was spotless with beautiful view. There were two big blankets to keep me warm. The food was delicious. Very healthy and tasty. There is also filtered water onsite and a washing machine. Everyone here seemed to have an easy going outlook so schedule timings were a little relaxed. There was no rushing and I quite liked it. I had a really positive experience and would come again. Love to the ashram family ❤️
