GoogleWonderfully, the treatments by Dr. Jay have been worked out within miracles. He has a tremendous of positive energy and vibes working with patients very much in an optimistic manner as though he is like an opera singer or whichever in your perspective. Thanks a lot to his treatment, I have been able to carry my backpack more easily and upright and my sitting and walking posture has been also able to keep upright mostly. Additionally, Joanne, Assistant of Doctor Jay, and Doctor are in a welcoming environment at all times. Joanne has been also very supportive in providing me with authorizations as well as any reminders and updates. Within all of supports from two of them, my spin health and overall my wellbeing has been improved a lot after seeing him. Highly recommended this clinic to anyone who needs help with their recovery.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. J and his administrative assistant Joanne (who is just as fantastic as Dr. J). Dr J. is hands down the most accepting, caring, and supportive medical professional I have ever worked with. I've been working with Dr. J for over 6 months now!!! and the X-Rays prove that he has made progress on my neck and back. I also feel a noticeable improvement compared to before working with him. Joanne handles all my insurance and it I ever need to reschedule they are immensely accommodating. They are an incredible team and I am so lucky to have them both. I was in pain two years ago with an ankle sprain that left me with back pain. Dr. J made me pain-free yesterday after a year. I hadn't seen him in a while, and when I went back, I had a stiff neck and shoulder. Today, I feel good, and I don't have all this inflammation. I feel better. Dr. J is the best. I believe that every person should invest in a chiropractor. He makes you pain-free without medication. Additionally, Joan, his secretary, is an exceptional individual.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, set up a treatment plan just for me, and I’ve felt real improvement after only a few sessions. He’s knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to helping his patients feel better. The clinic has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks in large part to Joanne. She’s super friendly, organized, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly — from scheduling and insurance paperwork to greeting everyone with a smile. My go-to chiropractic office in NYC. I feel so well cared for with Dr. Jason and Joann. He's always able to get me out of pain or discomfort. Plus he makes the visits fun! I definitely feel like a VIP there.
