I really enjoy the Yoga Brunch experience. The class is gentle and meditative, encouraging movement without overdoing it or making impossible poses. The instructor is very kind and respectful, and there's also a mini sound therapy session at the end of the class, which she's fantastic at. And on top of all that, there's brunch at a place where it's hard to choose what to eat because everything is delicious. A wonderful experience 👌
