Bettyana was amazing. She corrected me to ensure I was getting the most out of the class and completing them safely. The room was bright but cool and everything was provided. Loved it.
Thank you to Kim for the most beautiful massage. I had been struggling to sleep for a while, and was feeling burnt out from that and from life in general. The massage with Kim felt like a total return to peace and wellness. Perfect pace (I like my massages nice and slow to calm down my nervous system) and a beautiful amount of pressure. I have been visiting Ngaya Wellness since 32 weeks pregnant and it’s easily the best thing I have done for myself during my pregnancy. Kim, Kalila & Betiana have all been amazing and I have recommended Ngaya to everyone who has asked how I’m going with my pregnancy. Easily the best massages I’ve ever had in Newcastle 🥰
Booked here last minute for my husbands birthday weekend as his been complaining of his back being sore from work, they were able to fit us both in on short notice I’m very anxious about these types of things I’ve only ever had one massage before but from the moment you walk into Ngaya they instantly made you feel comfortable the setting was like none other I’ve seen before it gave maximum relaxation the deep colours and darkness of this place most places I’ve seen are so bright and in your face this was definitely not, the lady who did mine I forgot her name sorry but she made sure she asked me what I felt comfortable with her doing which I liked especially still being new to this type of service I felt so relaxed I was actually able to switch my brain off and just enjoy it. My husband also like his that much that she put him to sleep. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
