Had a great class with Annie who was super encouraging the whole time. Low impact but my legs were definitely shaking ! Def recommend checking them out if you want a good work out! they also have other locations in the city which are just as good and beautiful!

I really love this Pilates studio. Has a super convenient location and I just discovered a new instructor that I absolutely love. Her name is Isabella, if you have a chance to take her class, please do!

Had the most amazing class with Brett Rule! Still new to this reformer Pilates thing but it’s a great challenge and gets the job done in a timely manner with an INCREDIBLE stretch at the end. Not to mention the most beautiful space I have seen

I was on vacation in NYC and was looking to try NYC-style Pilates. I booked a trial week and New York Pilates didn’t disappoint! The studio is beautiful, cosy and clean. The instructors were all very precise, they always gave options, the movements were never the same. Would love to come back next time I’m in NYC

LOVE this Pilates spot so much- the studio is filled with Natural light and the workout is challenging yet peaceful at the same time. SO GOOD
