GoogleAs someone new to yoga, I felt very comfortable in Namaste Yoga. It is a supportive environment. The place is clean, peaceful, and inviting. The instructor Sandhya Aiyappa explained poses clearly and offered easier variations when needed. The instructor balanced strength and relaxation beautifully. The breathing techniques and mindful transitions have really helped me.
I have been doing yoga at namaste yoga since 2023, it’s been 3 years and what a wonderful experience starting from fully energetic classes with Vidhu George my trainer then up till now with Sandhya Ayappa both the trainers are full of life, so positive and motivating I am very thankful to both of them and namaste yoga for being such a meaningful part of my fitness and health journey. It’s a best place to do yoga and release all your stress,tensions and worries. I have benefitted a lot health as well as personality grooming wise from yoga here.
I was looking for a class to start some physical activity and ended up here — and that turned out to be a really good decision. Vipula ma’am always brings new ideas and variations, which keeps every session engaging and never boring. The atmosphere is positive, friendly, and motivating. I’ve personally felt relief in my joint pain and feel much more relaxed overall. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and feel better both physically and mentally. 😊
