This is my second time doing a reiki session with Charmaine and once again she has exceeded my expectations. If there was an option give infinity stars, I would. The last time I came to her, I was extremely sick and throwing up and I had been to so many doctors and specialists and nothing was working. After my holistic consultation with her, she explained that my solar plexus (which is above my stomach) was out of balance and causing these stomach upsets. She explained the spiritual reasons for it and it resonated so much with what was currently going on in my life. After she performed the reiki on me, I immediately felt so much lighter and the vomitting spells stopped! She also helped me with my other chakras and I remember leaving her office feeling like I wanted to skip. She also got downloads from my spirit team that was extremely spot on and gave me guidance that was really helpful and so needed. I came to her again now because I am extremely stuck in terms of my life moving forward and it as making me really sick and I had a lot of anxiety and really bad depression. I would wake up every morning and immediately have a panic attack at the thought of having to go through my day. It was extremely debilitating. We did a distant reiki session and if you had any doubts about its effectiveness please push it aside right now because I can with absolute certainty confirm that its real and it works. My session was split into three and after each one I felt MASSIVELY better. After the first one I felt so good that I was finally able to eat a full meal for the first time in 3 weeks. I no longer had panic ttacks or heart palpitations and my feelings of despair lessened after every session. I felt so calm and at peace. Not only had my health improved physically and mentally but I also got so much information on my chakras and it all resonated so much and just gave me so much clarity. Charmaine is also the nicest person to interact with and she genuinely cares about her clients and go above and beyond. Both times she checked in with me afterwards and gave such beautiful words of encouragement. She truly is the embodiment of an earth angel. I am so grateful for her and highly recommend that you give it a try. Her prices are also very low given that she is a Grand Master level 9 reiki healer so her reiki is a lot stronger than other level 3 healers who charge the same price. So I would definitely give it a try, this has helped me more than any doctor or therapist ever could combined in the last decade.
I’ve been seeing Charmaine since earlier this year, and she has truly made a significant positive impact on my life. Her readings are remarkably accurate, and she has a keen ability to diagnose the best healing methodologies for each person. Sometimes, the process may take a little longer due to blockages or the current state of one’s energy, but once she gets through to the core issues, her insights are very clear and helpful. What stands out most is her ability to give practical techniques and tools that can be used in everyday life to better manage difficult situations and continue healing outside of sessions. Overall, her approach is compassionate, attentive, and effective, making her a truly exceptional healer.
I have been going to My Urban Retreat for 7 years now and I can only say great things about Charmaine. When I first went 7 years ago I had no idea what to expect and was in a very bad space in my life. The healing I received at the time was profound and really helped me to balance my emotions and my life at that time. My work and life can be very demanding and I always take packages with Charmaine when I am feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Each time I always take a package and I can honestly say my life has only got better and better after each chapter of sessions with Charmaine. I have loved Reiki healing so much that I have since joined Charmaine on her two of her Reiki courses and I have completed Level 1 and 2 Reiki. The tools that these courses have given me to self heal have completely changed me and my outlook on life. Charmaine is an amazing healer and I honestly cannot recommend her enough.
