I love this studio, and the other two in Vancouver are great as well. Such a welcoming environment, all the staff and teachers are so friendly- it makes me instantly happy to step foot in here. My favourite way to begin or end the day, and I feel warm (and strong!) for the rest of the day. I’ve been searching for a new studio since Modo Burnaby closed during COVID, and this is it!

This studio was my first time experiencing hot yoga and wow, how I liked it! From the regular yoga I often get muscles strains, but I noticed that being in a hot room prevents that! The only downside of the hot room is the need to wash my hair more often lol. Also, I loved the concept of an intro month! It gave an opportunity to check different teachers, and find the vibes that work best for me. Very happy that I found Modo North Van!

I love modo north van. The instructors are all fantastic. The classes are beautiful, such positive energy. The strength Ive gained in such a short time is remarkable. Would recommend 100%! I go to modo class almost everyday but have started dipping my toes into barre basics with Caroline. She is amazing!!!! They offer so many different classes, have showers, and its just a beautiful space ❤️

I 100% recommend Modo Yoga for anyone looking to join a new yoga/pilates/barre studio. The instructors are all very welcoming and encouraging. There is no judgment for going at your own pace, which was very important to me. The instructors also welcome feedback and questions, and fix posture through out the sessions, which is really nice. Very happy with my choice :)
