Very helpful
In our daily lives, there is no day without small or large, sometimes unbearable difficulties. This is exactly where the Mindfulness Institute comes in, to give us the feeling that someone understands us and that we are not alone (or the only ones) in what we are going through. Then, simple, applicable and short practical advice is generously offered, making us discover different ways of thinking and thus leading us to solutions that had never even crossed our minds before. In the same direction, practical tools are offered for further deepening. A big thank you for everything, consult the site, you will only come out as winners.
