I cannot say enough about the personal attention to strength ,alignment and postural control that is the top concern throughout the Pilates session with Eddy . He is a master at helping his clients achieve mobility and stability and always encourages his clients of their step by step progress and improvement. Each session is hard work, but well worth the time and effort !
