I’ve never been able to commit to a gym or studio. After moving back to the Central Coast, I gave Mindful Movement a go. Every teacher is so welcoming and inclusive, guiding you every step of the way. With only 8 people in the reformer classes it still feels personable with the instructor. The classes are different each day, and each teacher offers their own personal flare. I love this studio, and recommend it to everyone I know!

Starting Pilates at Mindful Movement has been the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. Nikki and the team are welcoming, super knowledgeable and passionate about Pilates. They are fantastic guides and make sure each and everyone gets the help and encouragement that is needed. All the classes are different, the range of excercise and equipment is fantastic and each day brings something new to learn. I am so grateful to be a part of this community and to be surrounded by such amazing instructors and people. I just love it!!!

I can’t recommend this Pilates class enough! As a new mum returning to exercise postpartum, I was apprehensive due to having to bring a baby with me to sessions, but the instructors made me feel completely comfortable and supported, both emotionally and physically. They were attentive to my needs, especially when it came to incorporating my baby into the session, allowing me to step out when needed and even offering support in holding bub so I can finish the session. The class offers a great mix of levels, and I appreciated how the exercises could be easily modified to suit my postpartum recovery stage. It never felt like I was falling behind—instead, I felt encouraged every step of the way. This class has been a wonderful part of my healing and fitness journey. Highly recommend to any new parent looking to ease back into movement in a safe, supportive environment, with or without a baby!
