Dima is the most incredible instructor who preaches mindful movement β a very refreshing approach that helped me to strengthen my mind-body connection. I had met Dima as a personal friend first, but with his abilities, I knew I had to get him to coach me. Our lessons opened the door to the world of movement for me and honouring my inner child through handstands, cartwheels etc. I've introduced a couple of fellow pole dancers to him too and we all wholeheartedly agree he has been a truly stellar teacher.
Dima is an amazing coach. He is down to earth, super humble, skilled and playful. He constantly adapts programs, planning in advance, so they suit the individual and runs new drills in ways that are constantly fun and interesting. He has built my confidence so much in such a short period of time. Could not recommend him more.
