I take the prenatal yoga classes and I highly recommend them! The two instructors are very friendly, the classes are neither too easy nor too difficult, they adapt to your needs, and they correct you if necessary. It's very enjoyable and incredibly beneficial during pregnancy. They also offer special sessions where you can come with your partner to do yoga, meet other pregnant women, or women with newborns. ☺️ If you're pregnant, don't hesitate to go! It's wonderful to meet other women going through the same thing. It's relaxing and strengthening at the same time, and it's very reasonably priced. ☺️
I'm so glad I discovered this peaceful and connected place with its prenatal yoga classes that allow you to connect with yourself and your baby. And at the same time, I found a community just like me 🤰 Ana and Ale are incredibly kind and lead the sessions with so much love. I'll definitely continue with regular classes after giving birth. I highly recommend it!!
I started at Mes Millor a couple of months ago and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The prenatal yoga classes are truly wonderful, very gentle and focused on connecting with our baby. Ana and Ale are fantastic professionals, always attentive, and they organize many get-togethers outside of yoga classes, which is great for meeting other moms. If you're pregnant, I 100% recommend this center 🥰
