I love going to MT4U Pilates each week! Cassina is very good at catering to different skill levels, and she is always very encouraging and motivating. I'm a beginner but I always feel capable and proud of myself after each session. The classes are nice small groups and the atmosphere is very cosy and welcoming. The pricing plans are very affordable, and you can even book your first session for free to try it out! I would highly recommend giving it a try!

Love going to mat pilates at this small friendly gym. I always feel supported in class, with helpful personalised feedback and clear instruction. A bit different to the one size fits all classes at large gyms, there's a focus here on quality of movement and not just quantity of repetitions. Beginners are welcome and it isn't at all intimidating. The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable and tailor the classes to help you develop and improve. There are affordable online on demand classes to do at home if you're short of time or can't make it to the studio classes.
