It has been one of the joys of my year that has really helped me through. Pene has created an amazing space at Ma'at, driven by her genuine passion for Pilates and all it has to offer. Pene and Tahlei are both warm, accommodating, highly competent instructors and it has been an absolute pleasure to be instructed by them this year.
I’ve been going to Ma’at Studio Pilates for a couple of months now, and after never having done Pilates before, I’m honestly surprised by how much I love it. I really look forward to every session. I can feel myself getting better and stronger each week. What I love most is how welcoming the studio is. I felt comfortable from day one, even though there are people there who are much stronger than me, I’ve never felt out of place. The whole space feels safe, supportive and relaxed, while still giving just the right amount of challenge. It’s become such a calming, enjoyable part of my week. Highly recommend Ma’at Studio Pilates to anyone thinking of starting!
I am returning to pilates, post children (hello c sections) and a recent hysterectomy. Pene took the time to get to know me and my abilities and led me to classes she believed were suitable. Tower is great, a spin off to reformer classes and still a great workout, stretch for the whole body and a time to pause for me. So lucky I was recommended to try Ma'at.
I've been coming here for a few months now - by far the best instructors I've had. They always provide a challenging workout while keeping our form on point to avoid injury. Highly recommend.
I’m new to the Pilates world and joined the Mat Mastery classes in the hope of strengthening my core. Turns out I’m getting a challenging full body workout every visit 😊 The classes so far have been varied, always focussing on correct technique, and catering to our different fitness (and flexibility) levels. The studio is a beautiful space with all the latest equipment. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Thank you for your expert guidance and patience Jas and Pene. I’m enjoying the classes, feeling stronger, and looking forward to continuing my Pilates journey with you.
