I have been working with Lisa for 1 1/2 years. We started during the pandemic and we have managed to have sessions regularly in person and virtually. I have been working with Lisa in her beautiful studio for many years. When the pandemic hit and Lisa offered me virtual sessions I was sure they would not work for me. Boy-oh-wow was I wrong! I have now been doing virtual sessions for almost two years and I am stronger than ever! This summer I started horseback riding again after many years away and Lisa framed my workouts around the strengths I needed to build to be a better rider. And, she showed me how to use my Pilates training while I was riding. I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been—and a better rider than I ever imagined I could be.
