I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, which was a great start. The session itself was a full, challenging workout tailored to my specific limitations, so I felt supported but still pushed in the best way. The instructor was friendly, professional, and clearly knew the techniques thoroughly. The facility is clean and never felt crowded, and I noticed that everyone appeared to receive the same level of personalized attention that I did from their instructors. I felt so confident after my first session that I immediately bought a ten-session package. I’m really excited to keep coming back!

Cynthia is brilliant and her classes help improve my practice and my teaching. I am the only Romana's Pilates instructor in Madison so I'm excited to have a regular class in my method!

NancyJean was very gracious and patient with me. She took the time needed to give commentary and minor correction throughout the test when necessary. Despite my nervousness in the beginning she made me feel at ease and seemed to appreciate the time and effort that I have put in to prepare for this first test. She gave constructive criticism for my own body demonstration as well as the test body I worked with. I appreciated her relaxed approach and the way she pointed out things to pay attention to as I evolve as an instructor.
