My absolute favorite pilates studio in Europe. I have been practicing pilates for 5 years, 3-4 times a week, and as a die hard fan of the discipline I can say with confidence that Laura (and Dora and Sara) are some of the most amazing trainers you could ever meet. The dedication and passion that Laura put in her classes is unmatched, and the transformation my body went through after 1.5y training with her really helped me build my confidence and endurance. I can’t recommend Laura and her studio enough to anyone who’s looking for a serious challenge, with a side of a giggle even during the most tedious planks and pikes.
Laura and Dora made me fall in love with Reformer Pilates. They are truly exceptional instructors, every session is unique, different, and exciting. I feel like I’ve become much stronger and more flexible. Both Laura and Dora are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they explain everything clearly, even if you’ve never tried Reformer before.
