I live 10mins walk away from the studio and enjoy walking to and from my class twice a week. The studio has been open since past 5 years and I just got the motivation to join for the first time this year. Even though I’m still a beginner, the exercise these awesome trainers take us through are challenging and yet fulfilling by the end. Love love loveeeee how it makes me feel mentally and physically (there are days I get jelly legs but that’s fine! I just call my trainer jelly maker and move on). I regret not joining ages ago and yet I’m not too late to start being more active. Slowly transitioning to a 3 times a week! The sessions are mostly full body workout and that’s perfect! Let’s get all of body muscles stronger! Cannot wait to try intermediate and advanced classes some day!

Very understanding & accomodating of injuries, they check in every session to see how you’re feeling and there’s no embarrassment if you’re new & struggling to keep up.
