Have a low(high)-key obsession with this studio space now. Every class is a great, solid workout and all the trainers at Kotara are so knowledgeable in their field - providing clear instructions, really good music, and a positive and enjoyable environment (even when it’s hurting). There’s also a really nice sense of community to this space - I’ve made some great friends through here. Heaps of free parking is also a huge bonus.

Love KX classes at Kotara. The trainers all try to keep it interesting with challenging movements. I mostly go to Dakota, Alicia and Flavia’s classes due to timings but all of the trainers are wonderful.

The trainers are incredibly motivating and caring – they always give clear instructions and make sure your form is right so you get the most out of each workout safely. The sessions are always varied, so no two classes ever feel the same, and I always leave feeling challenged in the best way. What I really love is how friendly and non-judgemental it is. People of all ages and genders come along, and everyone is made to feel welcome and accommodated. Such a supportive community and an amazing place to train!
