Love my sessions at KX! The trainers are so lovely and knowledgeable, and make every class super fun! Each trainer takes the time to get to know you and to encourage you as you develop in your skills, and I always feel safe and supported to push myself out of my comfort zone and try new moves. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! I’ve been coming to KX Pilates Hobart for about 4 years and it’s great! At first I was a little bit scared of Pilates because I thought it was just for skinny, pretty people but there are so many diverse ages, shapes and fitness levels that once I got there I’ve never felt like I didn’t fit in. All the instructors are really nice, and it’s always a good variety of exercises and movements (both strength and core and cardio) that it’s a great workout.
I’m a regular at KX as each class is different and always a challenge that gives results. Staff always happy to accomodate and help. I now prescribe KX to my perimenopause patients as it promotes muscle growth and osteoporosis prevention in a fun, sustainable and supported environment 💪🏽
After a 2-3 year break from mat Pilates classes due to COVID I decided to give reformer classes a go and I haven't looked back. The KX Hobart team are super supportive, are happy to adjust the exercise / reformer due to individual needs and let you set your own pace to build strength, but will also challenge you so you do progress. The start might be shaky but rewards are worth pushing through. Thanks to Sarah, Georgie, Georgia, AM and the rest of the team!
