I love this Studio! I moved to Canberra only for limited time and I never did Pilates. I walked in they explained everything and then I booked my first 5 classes. Straight away I knew I would come back! The staff is amazing, I have my classes with Sarah and she is brilliant! She pushes me to do better, go over my limit so I can be better and feel every part of my body shaking. I love this community and would recommend to everyone ❤️ they are all very welcoming

I was first sceptical about Pilates, I like to run, cycle, swim, that is not for me. But my partner Kristina have said to me that I have to try. And I love it. After 2 classes, I have bought a pack of 20. I find it to be just the right amount of challenge. The instructors are amazing as I find myself a bit cumbersome with me hight and weight. It helps me a lot with my ankles and knee stability which suffers from the run and cycling.

A really welcoming studio, the instructors are very friendly and take you through the reformer before you start if it’s your first time. The classes are great with lots of options for beginners and to step up the intensity if you want. Good welcome offers as well, would definitely recommend!
