Kundalini Yoga Center

This Kundalini yoga class was exhilarating but actually doable. Not a common combination. Yoga instructor was fantastic and ended the class by playing the gong. This blew my mind because the vibrations from the gong playing felt like a soothing massage. A welcome reward after a good workout. A great class for beginners AND experienced yoga students. Awesome...REALLY awesome!

Loved the class! Great experience and atmosphere. I’ll be back I’m sure. :)
