Our Yoga classes can help you to boost energy, increase strength & tone, and improve mobility & flexibility while assisting in fat loss, reducing pain and lowering stress levels.
Enjoy detoxifying Hot classes, toning Flow, strengthening Slow Flow classes and mobilising Yin Yoga.
We also offer Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, as well as Mums & Bubs Yoga Courses, for new mothers and mums-to-be.
We have a stunning studio space to hold our yoga classes in an uplifting environment. Our large, elevated studio has specialised far infrared ray (FIR) heating panels, fantastic natural light, wooden flooring, full length mirrors and surround sound system. We also have beautiful showers, change rooms, filtered water and free herbal tea.
All of our classes are 60 minutes, except for Saturday Flow Plus and Sunday Yin and Mediation sessions which are 75mins, and are led by friendly and approachable certified yoga teachers. We also hold monthly workshops to help you explore your practice.
We have two beautiful yoga studios located on Auburn Road, Hawthorn and Willis Lane, Hampton, servicing the inner eastern & south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Across the two locations we offer over 60 classes, 7 days a week.
Outside of the studio we also offer a mobile service for school yoga programs and corporate yoga groups.
And we run local (VIC) and overseas retreats each year.
