Wow what a great community of women at Kirby Bree Fitness. I have been attending classes for about 5 yrs now and absolutely love it. The trainers are amazing, very knowledgeable and genuinely care about each and every one of us. There is always a great variety of classes, we do challenges and also Kirby arranges activities outside the gym for anyone that is interested. I’ve never been someone to enjoy the gym or to stick to exercising regularly I think because I found going to the gym intimidating. I didn’t know how to use the equipment or what exercises to do. I’m so grateful to have found Kirby Bree Fitness, it’s such a welcoming and supportive community. The trainers are all so lovely and supportive and I love that it is child friendly. I haven’t done something for myself since having kids and it’s been so nice having something for me. It’s only been a few months but I already feel so much stronger both physically and mentally.
