10/10 i’ve been to a handful of Ken Pilates classes and they’ve been nothing short of extraordinary. I’m someone who loves trying different fitness classes and switching up my routine, and these Pilates classes work me out!!! All movements are intentional without the high impact that my other fitness classes have on my body Today I took Hot Mat sculpt with Ken and that was actually my first time taking any “hot class” and it was amazing. Not only was it a great workout, but I also felt like I was cleansing my soul at the start of my day. Definitely worth a try.
Loved my first experience at Ken Pilates in Hoboken! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and guided since it was my first time. Ken, the owner, taught the class and was incredible — encouraging, high-energy, and very intentional with his teaching. The Spring Sculpt Method was challenging but doable, and I left feeling strong and accomplished. The workout hit arms, legs, and core perfectly. The music, energy, and even the calming scents at the end made the experience both motivating and relaxing. Plus, as a fellow Dominican, I loved supporting Ken and feeling that cultural connection. I can’t wait to come back — especially for Perreo Pilates!
I came into Ken’s class not knowing what to expect, and I was blown away. The energy is incredibly high from the moment you walk in—great music, great flow, and a seamless combination of Pilates, strength work, core training, and those little extras you didn’t know you needed. Ken’s cues are clear, his vibe is motivating, and the class left me feeling stronger, longer, and totally energized. I can’t wait to come back!
Did my first class with my wife and I loved it! After doing a circle style workout in Alpha fit club in Bayonne and coming here after I feel great!!! Recommend to others!!!!
