I highly recommend yoga classes with Kelly - whether in the group setting or private classes! Kelly pays attention to each individual student even in large group setting where it feels as if you're in a private class. She offers multiple modifications and does hands-on adjustments to perfect your posture while also tailoring parts of the flow for specific target areas requested by the students. All of the above makes each class taught by Kelly challenging and engaging for students of all levels. I leave each class feeling stronger, energized and looking forward to the next one.

My class with Kelly was a great way to start the day. She was so welcoming from the moment I stepped into the room. Before the class started she asked about any specific worries and if there are requests to focus on a specific part of the body. During class, she provided modifications so if you're new to yoga or just don't feel good in certain positions it's not a worry at all! Everyone in class were also super nice, I had a lovely practice.
