I had a wonderful experience with the Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training at Kaya Yoga Therapy. The course is well-structured and goes beyond postures, integrating anatomy, breathwork, and the science behind yoga in a very practical way. The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, with a strong emphasis on alignment, awareness, and mindful teaching. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic and responsible yoga education. Will definitely recommend it to people around me.

The YTT I did at Kaya Yoga was amazing from start to finish. We worked with different teachers and learned so many valuable things from each of them. Understanding anatomy helped me go deeper in my yoga practice and move more mindfully, which makes me really happy. Both the classes and the teaching part helped me grow a lot. Now I feel more confident while teaching yoga. I can easily modify poses for different bodies and needs. I’ve also learned how to read people’s posture and breath to create the right class for them. This is very meaningful to me. I’m truly thankful to Kaya Yoga and my classmates. I highly recommend this training to anyone who wants to become a yoga teacher.

Kaya therapy yoga course was a very important moment for me, both on a personal, physical, and spiritual level. It was an intense experience, full of emotions, self-awareness, and inner growth. A deep, well-structured, and transformative training that I highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just learning yoga, but truly living yoga. « Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.” — B. Forever grateful for this incredible journey of transformation at Kaya Yoga School. I feel so lucky to have learned from such amazing and qualified teachers. During the program, my confidence in teaching grew step by step, and by the time I graduated, I was fully ready to lead a class 🙏🏻

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Kaya Yoga. The teachers were so knowledgeable but explained things in a way that actually made sense, and the whole course was really well paced. Everything builds gradually, with lots of revisiting and practice, so by the end I felt confident instead of stressed or confused. I was also able to do a headstand by the end, which was a huge accomplishment. One thing I loved is that we started teaching from the first weekend and kept teaching throughout, which really helped my confidence grow naturally. The space never felt intimidating, just supportive and super welcoming, very accessible to everyone. On top of that, I met some truly amazing, like-minded women who I know will be lifelong friends. It was genuinely a life-changing experience and I’d recommend it to anyone thinking about becoming a yoga teacher or even just deepening their practice.
