After a long and exhausting trek in Rishikesh, I booked an Ayurvedic massage with Sachin — and it turned out to be exactly what my body and mind needed. His technique is incredibly grounding, combining the perfect balance of pressure, rhythm, and warmth. You can truly feel the traditional Ayurvedic approach in every movement. Sachin has a calm, reassuring presence, and he intuitively understood which muscles were fatigued from the trek. The oil therapy, stretches, and deep tissue work were spot-on. By the end of the session, all the tightness in my shoulders, calves, and lower back had melted away. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and genuinely rejuvenated. If you’re in Rishikesh after trekking, yoga, or even just travel fatigue — Sachin’s massage is a must-try. One of the best healing experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended! 🙌✨
The staff at Kalpam is most welcoming. The therapists are amazing: they seriously know their job and share very generously on the remedies. Our sessions were highly invigorating and rejuvenating; rid us of all the tiredness from exploring the town but also addressed my previous injuries with the oil treatments. I highly recommend.
