GoogleDana's Pilates class got me feeling Awesome. Dana is super sweet, kind, supportive and pleasant to communicate with. Her instructions are easy to understand. Plus she takes time to demonstrate the moves and talks the class through the moves. The class can be challenging however Dana gives the class multiple variations of each move. For everyone comfort level, health and fitness goal. After I complete a class, I feel accomplished and amazing. My body is also looking better and better in the mirror. I highly recommend Dana's Pilates class 😊
I love Dana’s method! I knew about her through a friend and I will forever be grateful to her. Dana has a deep understanding of pilates always offering a modification for every level. She keeps the class interesting by introducing different moves every week. She’s punctual and reliable and always aware of our individual needs. The enthusiasm she brings to every class keeps me inspired and encourages me to keep going. This is a class not to be missed !
Dana’s class is AMAZING! Not only is she knowledgable on how the body should move and the pilates practice, she is friendly, inviting to newcomers, and so kind. My first class with her I was so nervous and realized she had been teaching many of these women for a long time but her and the class welcomed me and we had such a fun class. She gives the option of music we listened to and she even stayed a few mins extra after class to tell me her story. I cannot recommend Dana enough, especially for someone who may not want to join a studio just yet. Dana’s small intimate classes make it feel personal and custom!
Dana is an excellent instructor. Her energy and vibe is contagious. All her classes and music choices during sessions are wonderful. Her Pilates classes are very good. She gives you a good workout and you feel energised once you are out her door. She also is patient and never pushes you over your own limits. I highly recommend her Pilates and weight classes.
I enjoy taking Dana’s class because we are always guaranteed a full body workout. There are exercises she has us do that I would never do on my own in a gym or other setting. Her sessions are always well balanced… including things I need more of that I wouldn't do without her guidance. My core is stronger, my body is leaner, and I feel better after Dana’s sessions. I would recommend to anyone.
