GoogleI first came to HOHY coming up to two years ago. As a lifelong london yogi, I’d become increasingly disillusioned by sky high studio prices, pretentious atmospheres, lack of genuine community and very Instagram-focused settings where people applied make-up before a class. As a result I was barely practising and resenting it entirely. Then I discovered hot yoga…and then the house of. I signed up for the 2 week intro offer…and haven’t left since. They might as well put a bed in there for me. Stefania has built the most beautiful community - filled with elite teachers, fabulous front desk staff, an unmatched schedule of hot classic and vinyasa, and a mixed bag of dedicated goers and very welcomed newbies from all corners. As a teacher herself who leads awesome classes, you can tell she practises what she preaches - and the benefits show. The small details - like the refreshing jasmine towels at the end of the class - aren’t taken for granted for a second. To put it just a bit twee, the House has become a home. And I’m very grateful.
In complete honesty I was scared of this place. Then I did a class. Damn did I feel zen. Agnese was incredible. As a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic I was nervous about taking my first class. I had never done yoga before, let alone hot yoga. Both her and the team facilitated my needs so well and made me feel so welcome. Also big shoutout to Jade for making it such a great experience. I will never forget those complimentary jasmine face towels 😮💨😮💨😮💨
House of Hot Yoga and Stefania are both amazing. The facilities are great, instructors are excellent with lots of class options. This place really feels like a family and I love being a part of it. The recent yoga retreat in Greece was next level, which was all thanks to Stefania and her dedication to making it the best she could. I have and will continue to recommend this amazing place to anyone.
This place is absolutely amazing!! After moving to London a few months ago, I've been on the lookout for an amazing studio to call home. As a student and teacher there are so many subtle things that I look for in a studio and House of Hot Yoga has it all. The heat is the best in the city, the space is clean and calming, filtered tap water, wonderful teachers, and - most importantly - the community is so kind and truly dedicated to the practice. Definitely somewhere to stop by if you're in town for a bit, just getting started, or well into your yoga journey.
I visit London regularly and I always visit a yoga studio, but the last time I was very positively surprised with the House of Hot Yoga. It’s exceptionally good and professionally run. Very good teachers and a very nice manageress. From now on I will only visit this studio, as it is the best in London .
