What started as a single hot yoga class last March turned into a journey I never expected. I honestly never imagined I’d be here, writing this after completing my yoga certification..but here I am, forever grateful. Nikos has opened me up in ways I never thought possible. His classes are so much more than just physical practice. There were so many moments, especially during Savasana, when I couldn’t hold back tears. His teachings have truly connected me to myself on a level I never thought I’d experience. Christina, I can't thank you enough. You have this incredible way of pushing us while making us feel safe and supported. I’ve grown so much under your guidance! And Kostas, thank you for always being there, ready to lend a hand or offer a smile. Your presence adds so much warmth and kindness to the studio, making it feel like a place I can always turn to. The studio itself is beyond beautiful!! Immaculate, calming, and perfectly maintained, creating the most peaceful space to practice and grow. A fabulous studio , spotless, welcoming, strong yoga community and challenging classes with lovely energy, great view of the trees and sky. I spent a week there training and meeting like minded people, Niko and his fellow teachers are expert practitioners and I’m so looking forward to returning to the this studio next time I’m in Greece.
My husband and I took 1 hot yoga class and absolutely loved it! If we lived in Athens, this place would definitely be my ‘yoga place’! The class was professional, the place clean and well maintained and equipped! We took Nikos class and being able to have him cue the poses in Greek and English ( and if you’ve taken yoga before you’ll recognize the Sanskrit for the poses). For a person who has taken yoga training, classes and workshops for years all over the world, this place is one of the best in Europe. Go give them a try! They really are a yoga gem in Athens 👌🏽❤️
Great place ! We popped up for a class and they were able to accommodate us. The space is super nice and well prepare. The teacher was great and spoke perfect English. Perfect place to take a yoga lesson when you're visiting Athens.
Took a hot yoga class here while staying in Athens for the weekend. Very nice modern studio with friendly staff that even gave some tips for my stay. As was made clear before start the class was only in Greek, this was not a big issue because the pose names in English were recognisable. Recommended when staying in Athens!
