One of my friends highly recommend Jennifer's prenatal yoga class, I took her advice which is the best decision I made. Jennifer is very patient and friendly. She pays close attention to every students. She teaches you the skills to help with the labor. She will give you a little massage at the end of each class which help to relax your body. highly recommend her class as well for someone who is looking for a prenatal yoga class :)
