I had a really great learning experience at Haritha Ayurveda Academy & Panchakarma Center. I have always wanted to get into both Ayurveda and massage. I didn't have much time in Rishikesh so I completed the Ayurvedic massage course in 5 days. Dimple ji was a fantastic and very knowledgeable teacher with whom I completed the practical component of the course. She was also really accommodating and was happy to complete lessons around my work hours. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to complete the course, so I really appreciated her understanding and flexibility !! There was also a theory component I completed with a Doctor at the center. All in all the course is well structured and adaptable for different individual needs, I had plenty of time for both the practical and theory components - if you have the time and are interested in gaining qualifications in Ayurveda, I highly recommend completing a Diploma at Haritha Ayurveda Academy & Panchakarma Center !

The Ayurveda massage &Therapy course lessons were excellent. All the teachers are very professional and patiently guided beginners like me step by step. So recently I was a part of a 45-day Ayurveda diploma course at Haritha Ayurveda and Panchakarma School which is situated in Rishikesh, India. I have already taken some short-term Ayurveda experiences and retreats in different parts of the world. So I already had an idea of what is right and what is wrong. So after researching a lot, I finally chose Haritha Ayurveda to be my mentor in my Ayurvedic journey. And I am so happy to make this decision. The program was well defined. The classes were amazing. Each class gave me a unique experience. The mentors and even the Ayurvedic doctor over there were very helpful. He was very wise and knowledgeable. I can say that I learned Ayurveda under the mentorship of the best Ayurvedic doctor and therapists of India!! The way they taught me, it never felt like I knew a little about Ayurveda. The classes were very easy to understand. They were beginner-friendly and they covered the theory as well as the practical equally. The practical training was the best part because it was provided in a real-life setting. The campus was just very calm and peaceful, which is a perfect thing for any holistic journey. The staff there was very cooperative and very helpful. The course really helped me in learning a lot about Ayurveda. Whatever they charge is just perfect and every penny is worth it.
