I hired Kevin to help me achieve a huge bucket list item- climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Kevin knew exactly how to help me overcome my fears around air hunger and came up with a plan for me to succeed at high altitude. He was patient and gentle, but knew when to push me passed my own perceived limits. Not only did Kevin help me with my anxiety, he gave me the tools I needed to climb one of the world’s highest mountains. I can’t recommend him enough!

If you’re ready to do a deep dive into performance anxiety, I can’t recommend Kevin enough. His knowledge of this subject is extensive and he gives you tangible actions to take to alleviate that anxiety. Even if you’re not a performer in the arts I think you’ll find this workshop useful for your life. I came away with so much information, and the calming assurance that there is nothing wrong with me. I’m human, I have a nervous system, and now I have more strategies to help me in those times when I’m feeling stressed, nervous, and anxious. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin is knowlegeable, empathic, and provided an individualized plan for me based on my challenges and goals. He took time to get to know me and understand my goals, while giving me a solid foundation to move toward my goals. Improving breath function is a long road and I feel well-prepared to start this journey after working with Kevin. We talked about root causes of some of my struggles with breathing and how to address them to eventually conquer my goals. I really enjoyed our time working together!

Kevin has so much knowledge and insight to share with fellow performers. He knows how to teach in a way that’s engaging and makes the science make sense! This was my first time taking a workshop with him and I know it won’t be my last!

I've been working remotely on and off for two years now and when I saw that Kevin was doing a workshop at my local coffee shop I was curious to learn more about posture and how to feel better/more balanced while working at my desk all day. I came away with great insights about what I am doing wrong and techniques to alleviate pressure from my back. One session obviously can't cure everything but I was pleased with what I learned. Kevin is very knowledgeable on the topic and has a pleasant manner that makes you feel comfortable in his presence. I'd recommend his workshop and sessions to everyone looking to improve the way they move and work.
