Good Pilates is hands down the best studio I’ve been to. After trying other places, nothing compares. The community is incredibly welcoming, the teachers truly embrace every student, and I genuinely look forward to every class. The studio is beautiful and aesthetic, which is such a bonus, and the variety of classes keeps things exciting and challenging. I’ve seen so much growth in myself over the past year, especially with Jozzie (pictured) and Georgia M, who always make me feel strong, confident, and empowered to push myself. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else xox

I absolutely love going to good pilates. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, calm and supportive. After having my babies I don’t recognise my body anymore, I was so nervous to start something new. I quickly realised I had nothing to be worried about! Ruby, Victoria and Georgia, gave me so much confidence back. Over the past 2 1/2 years I have met so many wonderful instructors. Every class leaves me feeling challenged but energised. I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength, posture and overall fitness. The studio itself is always clean, beautifully set up, and has such a positive vibe. I couldn’t recommend it more highly for anyone, whether you’re new to Pilates or have been doing it for years.

LOVE good Pilates! Such a beautiful community of people - clients and instructors. It’s a welcoming environment and the instructors help you to achieve your best. The mums dads and bubs classes help you to get to Pilates with a baby easily and the space is so clean and smells amazing.

The instructors at GOOD Pilates are very welcoming and amazing at what they do. Everyone is encouraging and kind, which creates a positive and supportive environment. The variety of classes offered ensures there is always an option that suits what I’m looking for. Their beginner classes have been the perfect starting point to build confidence on the reformer. I have been attending regularly while pregnant, and they are fantastic at modifying exercises where needed. I highly recommend GOOD Pilates to anyone!
