GoogleI was fortunate enough to have been the beneficiary of my friend Allie’s great planning skills. Her Bali dreams brought me to the Exhale Yoga Retreat, one of the best experiences of my life. The dynamic trio of Crystal, Jules and Rachel created an experience that had it all. The yoga was beautifully enriching for both body and soul, as was the jungle dancing. We toured ancient spiritual wonders, were introduced to incredible foods and culture, and treated to the diversity of regions; from the jungles of Ubud to the beaches of Uluwatu where surfing reigned. Exhale Yoga Retreat provided an stress-free and magical way to discover the beauties of Bali, while strengthening our bodies and our connections to spirit. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
What an incredible retreat experience! I joined the 9-day Dream retreat in Bali with a group of 12 other yogis joining from different parts of the world, whom I feel so grateful for to have the opportunity to get to know. Besides the daily group yoga practices in those beautiful shalas, some of my other favorite experiences were jungle dance, sound bath, rice field visit and trying surfing for the first time. Quite a few meals were included and I enjoyed them. The food scene is awesome in Bali and supportive to those with different dietary preferences. Rachel, Crystal and Jules were amazing in leading this retreat with so much care, fun and thoughtfulness. Thank you, team Exhale Yoga Retreats!
Thank you Jules, Rachel and Crystal💗I am still absorbing all of the thoughtful intention you have put into this retreat. My first one and won’t be my last! Thank you for showing me Mama Bali, I am forever grateful.
My experience in Bali at the Exhale Yoga Retreat was quite an experience. As a yoga teacher and practitioner I was looking forward to being the student for a change. Rachel is a fantastic teacher! Her classes are wonderful for body and soul. I learned several tips that I will incorporate into my classes. Jungle Dance was so much fun! Jules is a great photographer and I appreciate I didn’t have to worry about capturing the moment, so that I could actually be in the moment. Both Rachel and Jules are really lovely people who care about their students. I especially enjoyed meeting my fellow retreaters, like minded souls. The day in Ubud was a highlight! Grateful for Adibuddha. 🙏 If you are looking to book this retreat or any other similar experience, my advice as a well-worn traveler is to let go of any ideas of perfection and go with the flow. It will serve you well on your retreat, and in life.
5 stars doesn't do it justice—this retreat was a 12/10. I'm so glad the timing worked for me to attend this year. It's been something I've wanted to do for years. The group was incredible and the activities are well thought out with lots of variety. I've loved every minute of it! It's definitely a bucketlist experience that I highly recommended.
