Our group was here for a Temazcal ceremony yesterday and it was such a beautiful, grounding and healing experience. This was the second time I did Temazcal in Tulum And it was slightly different as every ceremony is, but equally insightful. We booked a private ceremony for the 8 of us. We were led by Roberto and his young son, and it was such an amazing experience. I can 100% recommend if you are in Tulum and looking for Temazcal. Roberto explained the ceremony, explained what it meant to his ancestors and ensured we all felt very comfortable. He had a incredibly wise, calming and accepting energy. Its also such a great experience to do with a group of close friends, we felt so much energy, love and each other’s vibrations. Emotions were released and insights gained. I left feeling lighter and more present! What u will say is the ceremony can last a bit longer than the stated time (which was up to 1.5 hrs but our actual ceremony was closer to 3 hrs) in case you have plans afterwards, I would factor that in.

We saw an instagram ad for a combo of breathwork, ice bathing and a temezcal ceremony for about $60 USD a person. It was about a 5 hour time frame. It was a little confusing because people in the breathwork didn’t do the other sessions and we kind of had to ask where to go to do the next thing. However, the facilities and the experience were so peaceful. Wish we lived here so we could come back more often! The ceremony was incredible. You definitely have to push yourself to get through it - you are probably inside for about 2 and a half hours. It was really beautiful and you leave feeling connected to the culture and yourself.

My fiancé and I had our first temezcal experience here. And let me tell you that was the best experience of our lives. First of all the place is so beautiful, the people are amazing very caring , the energy there is very pure and positive. We felt like we belong there. The shaman who led the ceremony even though he only speaks Spanish but he had 2 guys translating for him. Communication was easy. The shaman made sure to check on everyone even during the ceremony if we are breathing properly, if we are feeling good. The ceremony and the chanting was very deep. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to do temezcal and have an amazing experience. My partner and I had a really nice connection and amazing effect after the ceremony we felt more connected lighter . Thank you again for delivering such an amazing vibe and bringing people together thank you for giving your energy to us and helping us to heal ourselves .

I came to Tulum to destress, rejuvenate, heal from the trauma of life, work and the world. Espiritu is a place of peace, and intention. The grounds are natural and beautiful. Little areas to just be. You can sit and talk, be quiet and reflect, be captivated by the jungle surrounding you or just wait until your service/session begins. I recieved a 90 min intuitive massage - excellent !!! The private room immersed in nature, the aromatherapy and oils, helped to release the stored stress in my body. Deanna, my massage therapist was amazing. Her hands, magic. The ultimate was the Cleanse performed by Ismerela - she introduced me to the Grandfather fire and helped me release and let go of ALL the things weighing me down. Her intentions to help you heal are real. Although there was some language barrier (my spanish is a bit rusty and she is still learning English) she explained everything and I understood. She helped me flow and let go. It's worth the time and the investment in yourself to go to Espiritu. The temezcal is very popular there too. I could hear the drums and smell the smoke from afar...there was a group of at least 15 there while I was having my sessions. There are two perros (dogs) that roam the property, they are friendly and seem to be part of the team/staff. I made my appointment less than 24 hours in advance. Coordinated through WhatsApp - very simple. Required a small deposit to hold the appointment. Sent a secure link for payment. Overall, I was very satisfied and I recommend.

The private temazcal ceremony I booked for me and my love turned out to become my most cherished experience I had on my trip to Tulum. Fabiola and Esmeralda have so much love and respect for their art, the medicine, and the ancestors. If you are in Tulum searching for healing I recommend opening your heart to this medicine.
