I went there looking for relief the pain on my hip, and I found something better, a great community. That was a key point for me, made me feel comfortable, and therefore gave me the chance to feel free to express any feelings. The teacher understood my limitations and helped me to work on them. After one year sharing with them I will 100% recommend this place and this community to whoever feels that need to either do some workout or find a great group of people that would become your family if you open your door to them.
I did the class this week for the first time and the meeting was beautiful. Jennifer, as instructor, leads the practice with a lot of strenght and love. We worked hard every part of the body as vinyasa style, paying so much attention to the possibilities of each one, and at the same time she always reminded us to smile and enjoy. I really connected with my soul and the team. I came back home full of energy and in peace. I am planning to start going every week. Thanks Jennifer, you are super cute π
Yoga classes with jenny are amazing. I love coming every week. Jenny is a great and passionate instructor and she is focusing on different techniques every class. Absolutely recommend to join this beautiful community in Cairns.
I love this community. All the instructors are professional and friendly. They adapt to all levels and, as a beginner, I always felt welcomed and inspired to learn more about yoga and meditation. They speak English and Spanish as well.
