Compass in Long Jetty is such a warm and welcoming space! I had never done Pilates before and was really nervous, but the wonderful instructors have been incredible and so supportive. They always check in one-on-one about any injuries and happily tailor movements to suit your needs. They remember your name, create fun and engaging workouts, and make every session enjoyable. I’ve always hated working out, but thanks to the team at Compass, I’ve found a new safe and positive place to move my body with the most encouraging Pilates instructors. 10/10 — highly recommend! 💖💖💖
I joined Compass Pilates with the kickstarter package without expectations being heavily overweight and I'm so glad I made the choice to do the Nourish classes.
