The center maintains a welcoming environment where individuals can explore evidence-based complementary therapies alongside conventional medical guidance.

Reviews
GoogleProbably the only place in Berlin with three times a day walk-in acute consultations. Been coming here since 2020 and they are always friendly, i dont speak much german but we always find a way to speak to each other, most of them speak english and even spanish which is great as those are my teo languages. Just come here with time, be patient and friendly and you will get the same back (as in anything in life) Thanks to all the team ! :)
I really can’t understand the bad reviews. But I understand that we are and must be very sensitive in vulnerable situations, as is often the case with illness and pain. From my own experience, I can only report positive things. When making an appointment, which is very easy to do online or by email, there is hardly any waiting time. If you don’t have an appointment, a solution will still be found and the waiting time is reasonable. The practice convinced me with the competence of the doctors, the solution-oriented and organisation of the entire practice team, so I moved my family doctor there.
Since they got their new student doctor (and other staff), my experience has been absolutely perfect. Every doctor should aspire to be like her - she's friendly, thinks things through, is considerate, takes time to explain and is extremely competent. In the past, the treatment of patients by this clinic was in dire need of improvement in many ways (massive understatement, to say the least) so I am glad to see that they have made progress in leaps and bounds.
Super practice! Been there for 15 years. Acute consultations 3 times a day + Saturdays (!) without an appointment, very friendly doctors who have always given me the necessary information, always well treated and examined, international and diverse team who, if you ask nicely, can also help out in Turkish, Arabic, Russian, Spanish and sometimes English. Sometimes, when there is a lot going on, the staff are naturally also stressed. Especially when native English speakers get upset about the alleged lack of language skills or 30-year-old business graduates who were born exactly in the middle of the universe try to explain a doctor with 20 years of experience how to do their job... Here are 2 insider tips: The earlier in the day the acute consultation, the less crowded. The words please & thank you cost nothing, but mean a lot. In all languages! Crazy, isn't it?
