I have been seeing (zoom) Carolyn for several years now. Over the last 2.5 years I had 2 occasions where I really wasn’t coping with what many call menopause but I believe for myself was - chronic stress induced full body system inflammation. This created an extreme 24 hr / half hourly hot flushes / sleepless nights, frozen shoulder, mental and emotional exhaustion amongst so many other things. Within 3 weeks of a full supplement and eating prescription by Carolyn after diagnosis following complete blood work, my hot flushes stopped and my frozen shoulders which left me in excruciating pain and near zero movement, all started to subside. I love that Carolyn tried to utilize healing via food sources as much as possible and or alongside supplements. Not only is she extremely good at reading what’s going on in the body and knowing what to prescribe and what to stop using and or doing, she has always treated me with genuine care and understanding which was the extremely important and meaningful to me as I was extremely fragile emotionally. Carolyn is so lovely (& gorgeous) her knowledge in her field is so vast. I had some yuck health things I couldn’t get on top of for a couple years prior and was feeling pretty defeated.
